Big Q Response
I personally think in a religious way your path is chosen for you but you need to find it. Also I believe that someone can change their "stars" in society. For example: If you were born and raised by farmers that does not mean you must live the rest of you life as a farmer. Like these men in the video they probably work in the fields because that is what their elders had done as well but one of the men wants to challenge that by becoming a jouster. For example: My dad owns a restaurant, that does not mean I have to be stuck into the restaurant business, no i can be what ever I want to be!

I think you should give more evidence and backup to your theories. I'm also a little confused at your perspective. At first you say your path is chosen for you, then you say you can change it? Please clear things up a bit, thanks.

ReplyDeleteI like how you used the example of growing up as a farmer does not mean you must be a farmer, because most people can easily understand what you are trying to say, and supplies convincing evidence.
ReplyDeleteI've probably given this advice to a dozen other posts, but I'm going to say it again. Ms. lees said specifically not to use the "I" voice, which is clearly present in your post. I recommend, to the best of your ability, for you to remove the "I" voice, and replace it with third person formal voice as Ms. Lees has instructed us.
Also, try to explain how one can change his or her stars. You say that anyone can, and that our past does not determine our path, but how can one change his path? What actions must he or she take in order to accomplish change in their stars?
